The U.S. Department of State appointed me its official U.S. Speaker on Business and Innovation, a role that has taken me to embassies, universities, and national programs throughout the world. At Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, I teach in Executive Education, working directly with C-suite executives of multinational companies. In 2025, following my keynote at the Women’s Majlis Summit in Riyadh, Fortune named me one of its 125 Most Powerful Women Internationally.
Before I advised leaders, I trained across the disciplines that shape them. I hold graduate degrees from Northwestern University and a master’s in child development from Erikson Institute, where I received the McCormick Fellowship for Outstanding Leadership, along with advanced certificates from Harvard. My doctoral research is underway through an Executive DBA program.
